If you're a resident of one of our partner facilities (Brookdale, Life Care Center, Regent), reserve your ride with your Activities Coordinator. 

Otherwise, contact us to arrange to meet us at our partner facilities for your ride just before or after our regularly scheduled rides for that day.

During the season, each day we post a TrikeTreks Today song to our Facebook page, and gather them together on a YouTube playlist TrikeTreks Today.

Cycling Without Age is a movement started in Denmark 2012 by Ole Kassow to offer free rides to people with limited mobility. It has grown to 3,000+ affiliate chapters, 4,900+ trishaws, and 39,000+ volunteer pilots around the world,
